Cellphone Consultants Ltd. who started in September 1998 in a home office in St. Ives as a family business has grown over the 10 years to a £750,000 turnover company.
Managing Director Clive Ansell who started the company said "there has been a lot of changes over the 10 years in the market we work in and we have been flexible in our approach to continue being a success."
Cellphone Consultants Ltd. who adopted the trading name of Cellutions in 2006 have recently moved into new premises to ensure further growth can be achieved and have also renewed their Partner Agreement with O2. Clive added "to continue working as a direct partner of O2 after 8 years of successful Continuing, Clive said "what makes us successful is our attitude to customer service, we have been focused on setting high levels of service from driving to customers to deliver phones to honest recommendations on the appropriate tariff, we have one of the lowest churn rates within O2."
In May 2008 Cellphone Consultants brought in a new Commercial Director, Alistair Savage to bring in additional knowledge which will develop the product portfolio so that Cellutions can offer converged solutions to our customers. Clive commented "to ensure that this business grows in the future we need to expand the amount of products we can offer which will ensure that customer can use one company for all of their communication needs."
